Oat bread recipe, a nutritious alternative to cake

Frank Murphy demonstrates an easy recipe that has far less sugar than cake and is very nutritious and wholesome. The ingredients used n this particular recipe are as follows:
Base Recipe:
300g rolled oats(oatmeal) preferably organic.
1 large carton (500g) plain yoghurt
1 level tablespoon of bread soda (bicarbonate of soda)
a large handful of walnuts
1 heaped tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 heaped tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar (optional)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil
To make it Christmassy also add:
a level teaspoon of mixed spice
a handful of sultanas
The peel of half an orange
Simply mix all the ingredients together, place in a greased loaf tine and bake at 180 degrees Centigrade for 30 minutes.
