Today I’m sharing two unbelievably easy and cozy recipes made with simple ingredients and no flour or white sugar. These are perfect when you want something sweet, comforting, and satisfying — without overcomplicating things in the kitchen.
Both recipes are low carb, naturally gluten-free, and great if you’re trying to lose weight, reduce sugar, support blood sugar balance, or just enjoy lighter desserts at home.
📌 Recipe #1
Ingredients:
3 eggs
¼ cup peanut butter (64 g)
🧇 Macros per 1 waffle (1 of 4):
148 kcal · 8.5 g protein · 11.8 g fat · 1.1 g net carbs
👩🍳 How to make:
Mix eggs and peanut butter until smooth.
Cook in a preheated waffle maker — about 2-3 minutes.
This batch makes 4 waffles.
Serve with sugar-free maple syrup and berries if you like.
📌 Recipe #2
Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter (480 g)
2 eggs
½ cup sugar-free syrup (I used caramel flavor)
1 tsp baking soda (4 g)
½ cup dark chocolate (90 g), chopped or chips
🍫 Macros per 1 piece (1 of 9):
392 kcal · 15.7 g protein · 33 g fat · 4.3 g net carbs
👩🍳 How to bake:
Mix all ingredients until smooth, fold in half of the chocolate.
Spread into a parchment-lined baking dish and sprinkle remaining chocolate on top.
Bake in the oven 180°C / 356°F for 20 minutes or in the air fryer for 15 minutes
Let cool slightly, then cut into 9 pieces.
