Taylors Wines in the Clare Valley has a vineyard operation of around 500 ha. Over the last decade, Taylors has introduced Precision Viticulture techniques into their vineyard operation, driven by the goal of improving vineyard productivity.
This case study explores the challenges with and successes from improving our understanding of variability in yield, vigour, soil and elevation.
