Описание: Wet weather in the months leading up to harvest can pose challenges for wine-grape growers and winemakers with late-season Botrytis outbreaks. If Botrytis-affected fruit reaches the winery, it can be difficult to manage and can cause a number of winemaking problems including oxidative spoilage, browning of must, high levels of organic acids, filtration/clarification issues and ‘mouldy’ sensory characters. Presented by a range of technical experts, this panel-style webinar will address key strategies to minimise the impacts of Botrytis in the winery and will include plenty of time for participants to ask questions.
