Описание: Chicken bone broth or stock, as it is sometimes called, is a pantry basic that is useful for adding flavor to all sorts of keto and other dishes. Chicken legs were on sale, so I bought 5 lbs. and made 11 quarts of stock with it and ended up with 2 lbs of dark meat I turned into Chicken Salad (probably should have made a video!). For this amount of food, I spent under $6 US! For me, the comparison between the Instant Pot and my stove-top pressure canner was fun and I LOVE the fact that they took EXACTLY the same amount of time. I attribute the difference in the flavor of the broths to there having been more vegetables to water in the Instant Pot. I hope you'll try this and let me know what you think.
