In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an intermediate level, full body intermediate level workout.

Using a stability ball is a great way to build not only strength but flexibility and balance. in this video Meredith moves through a full body routine using optional dumbbells and in both seated and standing positions.

A variety of both upper body and lower movements are included that help focus on building up both arms, legs and of course your core. Because this workout involves a stability ball please be sure you have had some experience with using this equipment.

Remember to keep water close by and only do exercises that don't cause any pain or discomfort.
