Описание: In this video, I demonstrate FixIt, a full-stack hostel and mess complaint management platform built for colleges and universities. The goal of FixIt is to make complaint reporting structured, transparent, and trackable instead of relying on informal methods like registers or messages.

The platform allows students to submit complaints with media proof, vote on issues, track resolution status, view mess menus, and rate meals — while administrators get dedicated tools to filter, prioritize, and resolve complaints efficiently.

This demo walks through the complete workflow — from signup and login to complaint creation, filtering, tracking, and admin-side management.
