Does your hip snap/pop/crack? It's actually pretty common not really a cause for concern. Unless it's causing pain, there is no need to dwell on it. There are a few rolling techniques and strengthening exercises that can be helpful though!
Grab yourself a foam roller, a PVC pipe, or a steel pipe and get to work. You are going to massage the hip flexors, TFL, glute med, glute max, piriformis, and the adductors. Don’t know exactly where those muscles are? That’s okay! You can learn a LOT about your body by exploring it. Don’t be afraid of it.
