Correction: Around 7 minutes and 15 seconds I say "6 planes of movement" but what I meant to say is "6 degrees of freedom". This means that within those 3 planes (sagittal, frontal, and transverse), the joint can move in 6 different ways. For example, in the hip you can have flexion, extension, internal rotation, external rotation, adduction, and abduction.
