Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients for Brownie:

⅓ cup warm water
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
½ cup icing sugar
⅓ cup oil
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

Method:

In a small bowl, mix warm water and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and icing sugar with a beater until fluffy.
Add oil to the egg-sugar mixture and beat again.
Gradually add all-purpose flour, mix well.
Add baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly.
Add the cocoa-water mixture and mix until smooth.
Grease a baking tin and line it with butter paper. Pour the brownie batter into the tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40–45 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache:

Ingredients:

½ cup icing sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups milk
4 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp butter
150 g chocolate (any type you like)

Method:

Mix icing sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and corn flour in a pan.
Heat on low flame until it thickens.
Add butter and chocolate, and mix until smooth.
Pour the ganache over the baked brownie. Decorate as desired.

Serving:
Cut into pieces and serve. Homemade brownies with chocolate ganache are ready to enjoy!
