Balance doesn't come easy to most of us, because we rarely stand on one leg in our day-to-day lives! Standing balance yoga postures can be the most challenging aspects of yoga classes - especially when we're just beginning our yoga journey.
If you are feeling this, it's your lucky day. In this video I talk about the key aspects (physical and mental) of any standing balance pose, i.e. standing on one leg. We'll do 3 different balances, and then weave them all together.
Remember - if you feel wobbly today, don't worry! Be kind to yourself, and come back to this video a couple of times a week or as often as you need. Practice is the key to progress, and I know you got this.
