This is a yoga class with a big difference! Your body and your intuition are your best teachers, and I can't wait to help you create a stronger connection through this guidance.
In this hour-long class I encourage you to see what feels good in your body and pursue the poses that align with that. We flow through 2 different flows, both with plenty of options and adaptations, and we finish with a final flow where you can follow your intuition.
