Hi team,
Today we have a quick and effective 7 min pilates at home shoulder and back workout to help improve your posture and strengthen your body. No equipment needed, just yourself and your mat. This is a low impact workout that is suitable for all levels! With this being day 5 of our pilates plan, this is the last and final day of the challenge. If you haven't already make sure you go and do day 1-4 of the pilates challenge.
