This client decided to invest in herself and her clients by signing up for one of our continuing education courses with additional feedback. In the newsletter, you’ll also see a breathing assessment video that explains why it makes sense that she had chronic tightness and pelvic floor dysfunction, and we include a playlist of some of the exercises that she worked on.
She is the mother of 13 y/o twin boys, a personal trainer, and a self-proclaimed retired long-distance endurance junkie. She has chronic pelvic floor, neck, chest, QL and paraspinal tightness. She would spend 6-8 months in PT each year just to manage her body's tightness in order to train for events. Mounting medical bills for physical therapy and imaging left her feeling like she was on an endless hamster wheel.

What did she do? She worked on teaching her body to let go and rewired some habits and patterns that had kept her locked in place and weren’t serving her. She worked on:
🔹Rib cage and spinal mobility
🔹360 degree breathing
🔹Glute lengthening and unsticking her sacrum
🔹Scapular movement
🔹Hip extension patterning
