Potato balls or Raspeball/kompe is a traditional food. It is form of ball made from potato, flour, salt, water and timian. It can be serve with salt meat, hotdog, butter. You can add other side dish like crannberryjam, turnips puree, and potatoes.
You can find different recipe of Potato balls and i made my own recipe. You can also put som meat inside the balls. This menu is traditional food in Norway and also popular in Sweden and Litauen.
