In this CBKT demo, I show you how to perform the Incline Dumbbell Flye Press, a hybrid movement that blends a flye and a press to target the upper chest while protecting the shoulders. Focus on slow control, a wide stretch, and a strong squeeze at the top.

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Set bench to a low-to-mid incline
2️⃣ Lower dumbbells with a slight elbow bend
