Описание: In this video Nick discusses “Guitarist’s Elbow”, also known as “Tennis Elbow” or “Golfer’s Elbow”. Guitarist Elbow is a form of “Tendonitis” caused by the repetitive strain of playing a musical instrument (RSI). This video is not presented from a medical perspective but rather from a patient’s perspective as a guitarist who has had Guitarists Elbow in the past and sharing what worked for me.
The video discussed the difference between Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow; it also covers exercises to cure and prevent Guitar Elbow pain and aids to help rehabilitation.

If you are in need of rapid relief I have found acupuncture for tennis elbow or acupuncture for golfer's elbow to be most effective.
