TLDR; I am a professional piano/keyboard player who has been living with tendonitis for 10 years. I injured myself while studying at Berklee by playing with poor technique and by having unhealthy practice habits. I tried all kinds of things from acupuncture to physical therapy. Ultimately what has helped the most has been swimming and studying the Taubman Method of piano technique.
