Описание: At home fitness/workout. Little to no equipment needed. This workout is about 15 minutes in duration. After a quick warm-up, perform different moves through the ladder. If you don’t have a ladder, you can use different things to draw one or create the spacings. You can use sidewalk chalk, tape, shoes, etc. Sorry my head kind of got cut out at times - that's actually not a bad thing. Let’s get some!
