What does it take to be an elite/competitive athlete? The truth is, there is no one answer, for it constantly varies, and depending on someone's fitness or dedication level, it will look very differently, however, some things will remain and that is, the truly elite/pro athlete will have their own little secrets they keep for themselves, because it is what they feel, gives them that competitive edge, or in some cases, expose themselves in a negative light.
In this video series, i will reveal several of these secrets and tips for your own knowledge. There will be some content that is common knowledge/very public, and then there will be some content that is not commonly publicized, not studied enough or just and kept hush.
