Good Morning Yogis 🙏🏼
Thank you for joining me here for today's 20 minute cozy pj flow.
This practice will start with a couple minutes of self check in and meditation. Beginning our day by really asking ourselves and feeling into how we're doing today. Making space to listen and to then move gently and mindfully as we go about our day.
This practice will incorporate mudras, meditation and slow stretches paired with our breath to help us start our day with intention.
