Hey Beautiful Humans 💕
Welcome to today's slow, sweet and soft self love yoga and meditation practice.
You can expect a short seated meditation to begin as well as end this practice.
The theme is self-love/care, as I'd really like to highlight the importance of showing up as you are and loving yourself anyway.
We will move through just a few simple stretches that will all be done on the ground. Our deepest stretch will be 'Deer Pose', where we will hold for a a couple minutes to open up and stretch the hip flexors and glutes.
I hope you enjoy this gentle flow and meditation and treat it as a little love note to yourself. 💌
