Wide Pullups with Straight Arm Pulldown- 4 sets of 6-12 reps
T-Bar Row- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
Smith Machine Row- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
One Arm Row- 3 sets of 10 reps
Reverse Grip Pullups- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
Dumbbell Curls- 3 sets of 10 reps
