Straight Arm Pulldown- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Wide Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Parallel Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Reverse Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Bent Over Row- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
One Arm Row- 3 sets of 10-12 reps (each side)
Row Machine- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Wide Grip T-Bar Row- 3 sets of 6-12 reps
Hyper extension- 3 sets of 10-15 reps
