In this video, I walk you through one of my upper body days focused on chest, shoulders, and biceps. Nothing complicated — just structured, intentional movements that help you build strength and confidence in the gym.
Today’s workout includes:
• Incline chest press
• Single arm dumbbell rows
• Lateral raises
• Upright rows
• Pallof press
• Face pulls
• Bicep curls
If you’re just starting out, you don’t need 15 exercises or fancy machines. You need consistency, good form, and progressive overload over time.
This is what a realistic upper body day looks like.
No pressure. No “perfect body” expectations. Just getting stronger.
