This isn’t a heavy leg day.
This is the sculpt & shape day.
Day 4 is all about creating that round, lifted look — higher reps, constant tension, and squeezing every inch of the glutes. No ego lifting. No maxing out. Just controlled reps and chasing the pump.
On this day I focus on:
• Upper glute activation for that lifted shelf
• Glute medius work to build width
• Constant tension movements for shape
• Burnout sets to fully fatigue the muscle
The goal isn’t to leave the gym exhausted.
It’s to leave feeling tight, full, and activated.
If you’re training for rounder glutes, better shape, and that sculpted look in leggings — you need a pump day like this in your split.
