25 Minute EMOM
I’ve been off for 2 weeks with an illness. Longest I’ve ever been out with a sickness and it absolutely sucks. You’ll still see me coughing away as the tail end of this goes away.
With that in mind, I know I’ll be weak and out of breath so I’m keeping the weight light and exercises simple. I really just want to get a sweat going to help the recovery.
5 movements for 5 rounds.
1. Alternating Front Lunge x 12
2. Alternating Snatch x 12
3. Alternating Bent Over Row x 12
4. Squat Thruster x 12
5. Pushups x 20
I started with 14 kg but went to 18kg right away. You know what weight you can do. Challenge yourself.
