30 Minute EMOM Week 1 Day 3
Focus on back and Biceps. This first week is about establishing a base and we go up from here. Challenging but not limiting.
5 movements. 6 rounds. 30 minute workout.
1. 2 Hand Bent Over Row x 10
2. 1 Arm Row (R) x 10
3. 1 Arm Row (L) x 10
4. Curl to Pullover x 10
5. American Swings x 15
The first three movements go very quick so really focus on form and take a little pause at the top.
Note to self. Next week definitely go up in reps. 2 each and 2 on the swings as well.
