28 Minute Deck of Cards
This one was a challenge I wanted to focus on burning out the legs and feel I accomplished that mission.
Here’s the game plan.
Diamond - Barbarian Squat
Club - Snatch (R)
Heart - Snatch (L)
Spade - 2 Hand BO Row
Face Cards - Front Lunges
2-10 = face value is number of reps
J Q K A = 10 alternating front lunges. Regardless of suit.
I used a heavier bell, 22kg.
This one is hard.
