When it comes to changing thing up in your workout, most people immediately think of changing the weight, number of reps or exercise. Very few ever consider changing up rep tempo or speed. This makes sense if you only train with free weights which is a constant resistance. However with band training and the use of a variable resistance, changing rep tempo is very easy to do. Let me take you through how to change up rep tempo using blast-off overhead band presses.
