Grab a pair of DB's and attach up a small red band (or whatever size you have) and lets knockout a contrast Band-Dumbbell Trunk and Leg Workout. Alternate through all 3 exercises doing 45-sec on / 15-sec rest. Rest 1 min after all 3 exercises and repeat for 5 more rounds. Simple home workout that will get results.
