The MOST disappointing AXE I wanted to love in 2025! Failure of a ALL steel axe

Описание: The SOG War Fighter was the most disappointing axe that I wanted to love in 2025. Not only was the name very cool but the design went along with it. It is a very small hatchet however the design of the axe head with the G10 grip panels was very appealing to me for axe throwing!

The SOG Warfighter flew extremely well for a compact style hatchet. The bit and cheek design set it aside from other budget style all steel tactical hatchets because most of its competitors have a piece design meaning it's basically just cut out from a piece of steel, having the same dimensions from the axe head to the handle.

The axe head on the war fighter actually had design and functionality to it outside of just axe throwing. The hatchet flew extremely well and was very versatile. I was able to throw the SOG Warfighter up close and for distance with relative ease. Because if its compact size, challenging or trick throws were easy to pull off too.

But in the end the SOG Warfighter has a fatal flaw. The steel quality is not up to task for moderate use. With a few throws the spike of the hatchet broke off and the steel handle broke in half separating the hatchet head from the hatchet handle. In the end, the SOG Warfighter would be a great hatchet if it actually lived up to its name.....
