TRAINING ROUTINE DAY 9
Here you will find your training routine for today.
1 WARM UP – 10 MINS
Jumping rope, treadmill, running or any kind of jumps
2 STRETCHING
Stretch your muscles before training to prevent any injuries and prepare your body to perform
3 SHADOWBOX – 3 MINS
Do your Shadowbox work daily before each training
4 COMBO JAB-BODY PUNCH – 20 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
5 COMBO JAB-BODY PUNCH-RIGHT KICK-PUNCH – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
6 COMBO DOUBLE JAB-BODY PUNCH-RIGHT KNEE-LEFT ELBOW – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
7 COMBO JAB-BODY PUNCH-LEFT HOOK-SWITCH LEFT KICK-RIGHT UP ELBOW – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
8 COMBO JAB-BODY PUNCH-LEFT UPPERCUT-RIGHT ELBOW-SWITCH LEFT KNEE – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
9 FREESTYLE BAG WORK (FOCUS ON BODY PUNCHES) – 3 MINS
One round of freestyle bag work, try to include a lot of Body Punches in your performance
10 SPEED PUNCHES (30 SEC WORK X 30 SEC REST) – 3 ROUNDS
Speed Punches on a bag – 30 sec work, 30 sec rest in a fight stance, 3 rounds like this
11 RIGHT KICK – 20 TIMES, LEFT KICK – 20 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Body Kicks with calm footwork and good technique. 20 times each leg
12 JUMP KNEES – 50 TIMES TOTAL
50 times of powerful Jump Knees on a bag
13 PUSH KICKS – 40 TIMES TOTAL
Changing Left and Right Push Kicks, 20 times each leg
14 PUSH UPS – 20 TIMES
Do your Push Ups daily in the end of training to make your arms stronger
15 SIT UPS – 60 TIMES
Daily 60 Sit Ups in the way you like to make your abdomen strong
