Please watch this video to learn about the structure of the course and find your first instructional video for today's training. Each training day will have its subject – main technique to work, and today's subject is – How to connect One-Two with legs: knees and kicks.
TRAINING ROUTINE DAY 1
After watching all videos you're ready to start your first training!
And here is your training routine for today:
1 WARM UP – 10 mins
Jumping rope, treadmill, running or any kind of jumps
2 STRETCHING
Stretch your muscles before training to prevent any injuries and prepare your body to perform
3 SHADOWBOX – 3 MINS
Do your Shadowbox work daily before each training
4 COMBO ONE-TWO-RIGHT KNEE-RIGHT ELBOW – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
5 COMBO ONE-TWO-RIGHT KICK-PUNCH-LEFT BODY HOOK – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
6 COMBO ONE-TWO-SWITCH LEFT KNEE-RIGHT UP ELBOW – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
7 COMBO ONE-TWO-SWITCH LEFT KICK-PUNCH-LEFT BODY HOOK – 30 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Combo on a bag with calm Thai style footwork
8 FREESTYLE BAG WORK (MIX EVERYTHING) – 3 MINS
One round of freestyle bag work, try to mix up all techniques you know
9 SPEED PUNCHES – 30 SEC WORK x 30 SEC REST – 3 ROUNDS
One round includes: 30 sec Speed Punches, 30 sec rest (breath in the fight stance doing calm footwork with guard up). Repeat 3 times
10 RIGHT KICK – 20 TIMES, LEFT KICK – 20 TIMES
Powerful and explosive Body Kicks with calm footwork and good technique. 20 times each leg
11 PUSH KICKS – 40 TIMES TOTAL
Changing Left and Right Push Kicks, 20 times each leg
12 PUSH UPS – 20 TIMES
Do your Push Ups daily in the end of training to make your arms stronger
13 SIT UPS – 60 TIMES
Daily 60 Sit Ups in the way you like to make your abdomen strong
