Ingredients:
1 small onion
2 spring onions
1 chili pepper
1 garlic clove
1/2 lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
10 tablespoons hot water
1 handful of parsley
salt and pepper
You can keep this sauce in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
