In today’s video, I’m sharing our Firefly Wood-Fired Sauna setup in our backyard — followed by a 20 minute sauna-inspired recovery stretch and workout to help you maximize muscle recovery, circulation, and relaxation.
Recovery is just as important as the workout itself — and incorporating heat therapy like a traditional wood-fired sauna can support:

✔ Relaxation and nervous system reset
✔ Cold weather wellness routines
Our Firefly Sauna reaches up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, creating a true traditional sauna experience with steam when water is poured over the hot stones. It’s portable, easy to assemble (ours was up in under 30 minutes), and creates a cozy backyard wellness retreat — even in freezing temperatures and snow.
After the sauna tour, stay for a full-body recovery workout and stretch flow designed to pair perfectly with heat therapy.
