This is an under 20 Min Full Body Cardio workout. This is a great low impact routine to get the heart rate up, with no jumping involved. This is an interval style workout where we work for 40 sec on, 20 sec rest. This routine is great if you are short on time or would like to add additional movement on to another workout. I encourage you to find a pace that is comfortable for you.. either keep up with me, slow it down if necessary, or move quicker than me if that is what feels good for you.
