I’m a 38-year-old mom of 2 who creates low-impact workouts that help women get stronger + see visible results from their workouts. I combine my degrees in Kinesiology & Occupational Therapy (physical rehab) with training in Pilates & experience in physique training to create easy to follow routines that increase lean muscle, improve cardiovascular health, promote fat loss, & are fun!

Here you'll find strength workouts with a Pilates feel- approachable, simple cues, softer music, with calm and encouraging energy. My channel has strength at the foundation, Pilates to fill in the gaps of strength training, and cardio for a full fitness experience.
