This is a 10 minute knee friendly standing abs workout that you can do at home and no equipment is needed! It is a no repeat, low impact core workout meaning there is NO jumping at all. These exercises will help you strengthen your core and help improve your stability. Due to the interval nature of the workout too, it will also test your cardio and endurance!
if you have time, do this workout 2 times back-to-back!

TIPS FOR THIS WORKOUT TO GET THE MOST OUT OF IT:
keep your core engaged/contracted the entire workout during the movements
go slow with each ab exercise to ensure you're controlling the movement (it will help make sure you are truly engaged in your core as well)
don't forget to breathe during the core workout (exhale as you draw your abs in each time you lift your leg)
THE WORKOUT:
50 seconds on
10 seconds off
11 standing exercises
do this workout 2 times a week to help improve your core strength which is a huge essential in your fitness journey

In the title I say "six pack abs", however let me be clear that this workout will NOT instantly lead to six pack abs. I only use that terminology since it is highly searched & this workout will certainly help in working toward a strong core. Many people define the success of their fitness journey on whether or not they have this which is unfair to them and inaccurate. I hope those who are in their search for this, find this workout and find this message.
PART TWO:
You can't spot reduce, so don't do this standing abs workout with the intent to "lose belly fat fast", "get ripped abs in a week", or a "smaller waist right away" (no matter what other YouTuber's clickbait may say). This core workout will help you develop better balance, stability, and overall core strength. It will help you gain muscle (and yes, lose fat too). I always preach doing workouts with the mentality of trying to take care of your body, see what it is capable of, and get it moving. This mentality helps you ensure that you are not only taking care of your physical health, but mental health too.
