120 ml. water (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
120 ml. milk (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. sugar ( 10 grams)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter (110 grams)
160 grams bread flour ( 1 and 1/4 cup)
4 eggs (285- 310 grams)
