Join Melanie and Rebekah for a session of real good pilates on the reformer. This reformer pilates workout is focused on the hips, glutes, and thighs, with a blend of mobility workout and strength exercises to help you feel strong. Start with a warm up to get the blood flowing.
This video uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Heavy/light spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.
