Backsotry: Mid last year, I underwent a clinical ketogenic diet guided by my doctor after being diagnosed with insulin resistant PCOS. It has completely changed my life in every way possible. I believe in this way of eating, and I wanted to do an update video to try my best to break the stigma surrounding ketogenic diets. I do not see keto as a fad, low carb diet. I see it as a management tool to lower blood sugar, keep my brain and body sharp, manage my PCOS symptoms, help anxiety and reduce cravings for sugar and processed food. If this video can help anyone struggling, I'd be elated.
