Hiii!
I didn't let being sick with ANOTHER sinus infection stop me from making this video (i feel like i'm sick every week, i'm sorry!).
This week i recorded the kinds of foods I'm eating to try and feel good in my body, and doing it all while sick. I'm having a flare up, so i've got a bit of swelling in my face and my appetite is all over the place.
Anyway, this is the first episode of Weekday Wellness Club- Something I've come up with to hopefully bring all of us together who have struggled with making healthy choices, feeling balanced mentally and physically, and manifesting the best and healthiest version of ourselves each and every day.
