Ingredients:
4 Cups, Frozen hash browns
2 Cups, Velveeta cheese-cubed
½ to 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
½ to 1 Cup, grated shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can, cream of chicken soup, ¼ milk to rinse can
¼ Cup, melted butter
2 Cups, sour cream
Topping Ingredients:
2 Cups, corn flakes, crushed for topping
¼ cup, melted butter

Method:
In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, two types of cheese, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and melted butter.

Pre-grease 9 x 13 inch oven proof glass pan and add all mixture, evenly spread in pan.

In a plastic bag or bowl add corn flakes and crush them, add ¼ cup melted butter. Toss around and add over your Potatoes Diane and place in a pre-heated oven on 350ºf and bake for 60 minutes.

Serve with meat or fish of choice.
