How?
You create overload via higher reps
There is metabolic work since the lactic acid buffer runs out.
Lastly, the muscular tension is higher since you can better focus on the execution.
here is how you do it: pick a weight that s about 60% of your regular weight and try to get at least to 40 reps.
From there on you rest one second from whatever you are missing to 100 reps. You get 50 reps= rest 50 sends. Do as many sets needed!
