Today’s workout is a 15 minute first trimester full body strength workout. This workout is perfect if you’re in your first trimester and struggling with nausea and fatigue but still want to build strength and lean muscle. We will work all the big muscle groups in the body to tone and strengthen our bodies for a strong and healthy pregnancy. You can also do this workout throughout your pregnancy, including the second and third trimesters, or even postpartum. You can use a set of dumbbells, and some exercises can be done with body weight only if you don’t have dumbbells. It’s only 15 minutes if you’re short on time, but if you want a longer workout, feel free to repeat it!
