The workout, which is an abs circuit:
30-sec work on each exercise
20-sec Rest between exercises
3 Rounds in total, rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.
1. V-ups
2. Bicycle crunches
3. Reverse crunches
4. Isolated mountain climbers
5. Plank stand
This workout is perfect to do at home or in the gym too if you want to. You don't need any equipment, weights or machine. The exercises are body weight-based only.
