Welcome to this *40-minute Power Yoga with Weights* class — a recorded live session designed to strengthen, energize, and elevate your practice from home.
In this class, we’ll blend dynamic vinyasa flow with light hand weights to sculpt the upper & lower body, activate the core, and build heat safely and intentionally. This full-body practice is suitable for all levels, with options to use any size hand weights or none at all.
