Hello everyone!
welcome to workout 13 of our pilates x strength challenge!
today is a full body pilates workout, and here's what we'll be working on: in our standing series we have squats and good mornings to help tone the legs and lift the glutes, while adding on some arm movements to help create lean muscle in our upper body! We have a seated series which includes situps and c-curves for lots of abdominal and deep core work, helping to tone the stomach area, and finally we have a side lying series which will work on the side booty, helping to round out the hips to create that lovely hourglass figure!
