SO FLAKY BUTTER EVERYWHERE

Ingredients
1 cup warm milk (about 110°F / 43°C)
½ cup warm water
1 packet instant yeast (2¼ tsp)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 egg white
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
For brushing between layers:
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
For topping:
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, warm water, instant yeast, sugar, egg white, and vegetable oil. Whisk briefly until well mixed.
Add about half of the flour and the salt. Start mixing, then gradually add the remaining flour while kneading. Add flour slowly, as the dough texture may vary slightly.
Knead until you get a soft, smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.
Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 30 minutes, or until slightly puffy.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Gently press it down, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a large rectangle.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the surface of the dough.
Fold one short side of the rectangle toward the center, then fold the other side over it. Brush with a little more butter if needed.
Fold the dough again, press lightly with your hands, and roll it out as thin as possible.
Cut the dough in half. Then cut each piece into triangle shapes, similar to pizza slices.
Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end toward the tip to form a croissant shape.
Place the shaped rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Brush the tops with the egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let the rolls rest for about 15 minutes to puff up slightly.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Soft, fluffy, and layered rolls are ready to serve. Enjoy!
